Thin Air Commercial Tier

My one and only subscription tier, pay $10/month for:

  1. Access to My ENTIRE Library of Models (both paid and free)
  2. My Permission to Print and Sell My Original Designs (Does Not Include Fan Art or Trademarked Designs)

**Subscribing to this plan does not give you permission to sell or re-distribute my digital files, only the prints you create from them.

I have plans to incorporate other benefits (Discord Access, Access to Private Tutorials, etc...) as they come available on this platform and/or as I can reasonably accommodate them.

How does this differ from my Patreon? The benefits are virtually the same, access to all of my models and commercial rights. The main differences at the moment are:

  • This membership has the advantage of Thangs' model sharing, which is great for viewing/browsing the models you would like to print.
  • This membership doesn't yet include Discord access, but I have plans to set that up soon.
  • The membership doesn't yet include access to the Private tutorials I have created, but I may be including that soon if there is any interest.

Will I be closing down my Patreon? I have no plans of closing down my Patreon. Ideally, both platforms would share close to identical benefits, allowing the user to choose which platform they most prefer.

This is a series of planters that for now i'm calling the Droid Planters, primarily because my fiance says the remind her of droids. The overall goal with these planters was to create a "modern futuristic" look. I wanted them to be able to be printed in a variety of different color schemes and assembled without the need for a multi-color printer. These designs print support-free, and there are elements that both screw together and glue together.

As of writing this, there are 2 planters in this series.

Printing Info: These are just the settings I used to test the model, feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM Scaling: I have not yet attempted to scale down, some of the smaller threaded elements may have issues. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: 15% Infill + 2 Perimeters Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2

Printing & Assembly: All pieces print support free in the orientation they import in. The only pieces that will need to be glued in afterwards are the face plates and eyes. The legs slide in place and are secured by the leg caps and the drip tray slides into place.

File List (6):

  • main body (STL)
  • drip tray (STL)
  • legs (2) (STL)
  • face plates (2) (STL)
  • eyes (4) (STL)
  • leg caps (2) (STL)
