By subscribing to the Buffet Tier, you are granted a limited license to sell physical products made from our 3D models under the following conditions:

Your subscription includes access to all 3D models in the Buffet Tier Pokéball Pack, with 3 new models added each month, for producing and selling physical products.

License Limit:

Each subscription allows you to sell up to 50 physical products made from the provided models across all platforms and customers.

No Model Distribution:

Distribution or resale of the 3D models themselves is strictly prohibited. This subscription is for physical product sales only.

Artist Attribution:

You must provide proper artistic credit to The Dimensional Forge in any listings, descriptions, or promotional materials for the products you sell.

Renewal:

Once you reach the limit of 50 product sales, you must purchase a new subscription to continue selling physical products made from the models.

Pricing:

The subscription pack is priced at $30 per month and grants the rights outlined above for all models in the Buffet Tier Pokéball Pack, including new monthly additions.

License Expiration:

The license automatically expires after 50 product sales. You must renew the license to continue selling.

Retained Rights:

The Dimensional Forge retains the right to sell physical products made from the 3D models in the Buffet Tier Pokéball Pack independently of any subscriber sales.

Failure to Comply:

Non-compliance, including unauthorized model distribution, will result in a DMCA takedown notice and potential legal action. Terms and Conditions:

Subscription Terms for Reselling Physical Products

By subscribing to this service, you are granted a limited license to sell physical products made from our 3D models under the following conditions:

Included Models: Your subscription includes access to 3D models of The Shield, The Roll, and The Bend for the purpose of producing and selling physical bike-packing parts.

License Limit: Each subscription allows you to sell up to 50 physical products made from the provided models. You can produce and sell up to 50 items in total across all platforms and customers.

No Model Distribution: Distribution or resale of the 3D models themselves is strictly prohibited. This subscription is solely for the production and sale of physical products based on the models.

Design Credit: If you sell physical products made from these models, you must give design credit to The Dimensional Forge in your product listings, packaging, or marketing materials.

Renewal: Once you reach the limit of 50 product sales, you will need to purchase a new subscription to continue selling physical products made from the models.

Pricing: The subscription pack for this tier is priced at $60 and grants you the rights outlined above for The Shield, The Roll, and The Bend models.
