Water Bearing (PIECES)

A Bearing is essentially a mechanical device that lessens friction on, say, an axle, without using TOO much lubrication, oil, or grease.

Bearings typically use Balls, however, Balls do little to reduce friction. A Ball will still generate friction and slow down.

So I had the stupid and silly idea to use water and have the rotor part (connected to the axle) float. This would reduce friction, right?
