I have added 'v2 bandsaw height knob.stl' this version can be printed with no supports.

These are some parts I made to repair a used bandsaw I bought that had missing or broken parts.

All parts but one were printed in PLA using 2mm walls and 2mm top and bottom layers. at at least 30% infill and 100% infill for the blade guide.

The bearings I used in the blade guide are 625RS (rubber sealed) although in the picture these shielded ones are not the ones to use as they will clog rapidly. The bolts used were M5 12mm long. The nuts I used were low profile m5 nuts that are approximately 2.6mm thick, although others may work. they fit into a channel that allows them to slide a little to allow the bearings to be adjusted for a close but not quite touching fit.

If the blade guides rotate in use, remove them and file a flat on the locating pin where the bolt clamps the part, this should reduce the clamping force required to prevent rotation.

The nut used in the tensioner knob was the original one from the broken tensioner, and was pressed in with a hot soldering iron. this seems to work ok and seems plenty strong enough.

The height adjustment knob should be a close match for the original, which in my case had split. This will need supports to print .

Also included is a Tyre (tire) that should be printed using TPU, do not print in PLA, these need to be stretched to fit after printing. This is actually printed as an oval, as the printer I used did not have a big enough bed to fit as a circle, however is the correct dimensions. TPU or similar flexible filament is essential as this needs to stretch, and removing the wheel helps greatly when fitting the tyre.

This bandsaw is very similar to the Ryobi EBW4023L and Sealey SM63. So parts may be compatible.
