This model is used to mount an arc style lithophane to a nightlight. The outlet prongs on the nightlight are used to hold the lithophone holder in place – so no damaging attachment methods are required. There are two version of this model – one that holds the lithophane from under the nightlight (bottom attachment) and another that holds the lithophane from the sides of the nightlight (side attachment). These two versions should support almost any type of nightlight on the market as well as keep the second plug accessible. The lithophane generated for this holder needs to be a specific width and shape. I used https://tool.itslitho.com to generate lithophanes for this project. The detail document given upon download of this file shows the settings I used – the only variable that can be changed from these settings is height and quality options or the lithophane will not fit the holder. An additional document will be included in the .zip file that gives more information on best settings when printing this model and any other necessary information.
