Rose - It took a little trial on the stem but the roses turnout amazing. Also a little cheating with a drop of rose essential oil on each flower and I am about to go make my mothers day with a surprise gift.

I just need to tell her these do not need water or sunlight!

The filament used was the polymaker 2023 Christmas pack. It makes a wonderful combination. - 3d model

Rose

Impress your flower-loving friends or surprise that special someone with our stunning 3D printable rose. This is a one-of-a-kind gift that never wilts and is sure to make a lasting impression.

The rose is printed in two pieces that glue the stem and flower together. For best results, we recommend glitter-filled filaments like the ones shown in the original make images. A thin layer of clear coat will also help to accentuate your flower and make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible.

Print Settings:

Both: -.1mm layerheight -slow print speeds will yield better results

Stem: -100% infill -Use a few raft layers and print the sten parallel to the print bed, with supports suspending it mid-air. -Supports on build plate only -You may need to adjust your support angle in the slicer up or down to get enough support generation around the leaves on the stem. Having supports around and not just below the leaves will significantly increase your success rate. -Pictures from Bambu Studio are included above and have highlights showing what their supports should look like and not look like (The one with more support around the leaves is better) -Note your printer may require slightly more support to print the leaves and as much support as possible is recommended (this is an example, not exactly what your sliced file may need to look like)

Flower: -15% infill or lower (go as light as your printer will allow as the rose will be top heavy, and less infill will help to minimize this) -3 walls or perimeters (name may vary by slicer software) -No supports -Print with a flat bottom on the build plate -No Supports
