This is a small indicator to show what diameter nozzle is currently installed in a given machine. It has a flex mount that is intended to fit perfectly into Vslot extrusions. The indicator flags then can be easily slipped in and out of the flex mount. I have also included the fusion 360 files as well so feel free to modify to meet your needs. This is perfect for makerspaces where you have multiple machines and multiple users who may not be aware the nozzle had been changed.
The Flex Insert is meant to be printed from TPU. I have not tested PLA for this purpose and would not recommend it.
