I’ve wanted to make a lamp that was unlike any other lamp out there in our reality. The Reveal came from wanting to put movement into light -adding in mechanisms to interact with light. At the same time, my wife wanted a light that could be dimmed so we could wind down before bed and for night feeding our newborn baby. This lamp was designed from both a need and a desire to create something for you and I to enjoy.

This lamp combines 3d printing and metal hardware for strength and stability. The movement is contagious, perfect for fidgeting leaving you mesmerized by the casting of light and shadow.

The tallest part is 210 mm tall. Take into consideration your printers Z height. 

The longest parts are the fins. They are 217.5 mm long. Minimum size of build plate: 177 mm X 177 mm. They would be printed diagonally.

Every other part could be printed on a 177 mm X 177 mm build plate.

A PDF instruction manual with parts list, hardware list and some print instructions for the tricky bits.
A tutorial video.

Reveal Original

Main Diffuser.stl

The Ember Original lamp was initially an experiment -exploring how light interacts upon the negative space built into The Ember design. We had no idea how it would look like as a lamp, but as soon as we turned it on for the first time we felt peace and warmth radiate from this simple lamp. This lamp truly creates a calming atmosphere in any room.

The Diffuser:
Height is 220 mm. Print in PETG 
Vase Mode 
Layer Height: .2 mm or .3 mm.
Bottom Layers: 4-5

The Base:
 Can be printed on as small as Prusa Mini (177.8 mm). 
Print in PLA or PETG

A simple and modern design, the cube is here to bring personality to your space. It was made during our era of playing with shapes, woven textures and how light dances through it all. This perfect little lamp is an awesome additional light source that brings a large amount of joy in a small amount of space.

The are 2 versions of this lamp. **Short** and **Tall**! Choice is YOURS!

This lamp is **fully 3D printable**! **No Hardware**! Software (okay, Maybe the slicer) or mediumware!  I really enjoyed designing and printing this one! I hope you do too!

The Reveal - Static

This lamp is our happiest little accident. We wanted to design a slim lamp with a sleek design to fit in thin spaces. We initially designed this lamp to be a regular rectangle, but during the print process, the material started to cascade like fabric, it was beautiful -even more beautiful when lit up. This lamp is, practical, modern and stunning.

Infill: 15-20%. more if you want a heavier base.

To attach the diffuser to the base, use some super glue to hold it in place.

Where Lord of the Rings and Star Wars meets 3D printing, this second version of The Reveal is a fun take on the original design. The 2.0 has same mechanisms that allow you to brighten or dim your lamp and fidget to your hearts content.
