A Flip-Flop like tile with an additional gutter-drop and pass-through. Watch the video to see it in action.

Hardware

• one M3x10 screw (or longer)
• two M2x12 screws
• one M3 washer

Assembly

1. Install two M2x12 screws into the top of the flipper. They must protrude past the bottom of the flipper.
2. Insert an M3 screw into the flipper, stack a washer on the end of the screw, then install the flipper. It should freely spin and barely wobble. The M2 screws should not protrude past the bottom of the tile, should provide 120 rotation lock to the flipper and should not grind the wall of the base.
