It's a joke.
It's the concept of an A/C Battery made with a 18650 that spins thanks to a drill so that there's alternating polarity in the terminals connected to the battery.

It's imbalanced and, basically, a bullshit made for teh lulz.

Update: sadly it doesn't seem to work properly, since my fan sometimes still needs a little push to start spinning. =(

This is an ugly remix with the fan 10° tilted and further away from the back of the motor to allow it to spin; being too close to the back of the motor prevented many fans (including mine) to work properly, if at all.

I made this based on photos, I don't know what car is for.
Quite useless unless you don't have the same manual transmission and you wnt to change the plate on it.
