I'm excited to share this new design! This is 100% Print-in-place, where one body part pre-supports another as it builds upwards. No additional supports needed! Once printed, you just have to wiggle the joints to break the small contact points and free up the articulation (see video).
Please watch This Video on the best way to free up the joints after printing! Be use extra care when printing in more brittle filaments like silks. Please use 3 walls if you use a 0.4mm nozzle!

Warning: Not suitable for unsupervised play by small children or pets, as small parts can pose a choking hazard if broken off due to rough play. Furthermore, broken 3D printed parts can create sharp edges and/or points. Not recommended for children under 3.
Printing Details -Print-In-Place. No additional supports needed. Several joints must be wiggled and "cracked" free in order to articulate them. Be Extra careful with brittle filaments, like silks -Pre-supported version included for extra print stability (recommended). Support is connected to the front legs that must be removed and discarded. -15%-20% Infill. -3 Walls when using a 0.4mm nozzle <--This is very important! -Please watch This Video on the best way to free up the joints!
This model has been successfully printed down to 50%. Below that the joint function may start to become compromised. YMMV
