FREE for a LIMITED TIME


Relieve your aching feet with this TPU arch massager. Printed in TPU, these tools offer a textured surface to roll your arches on and knead those sore muscles!

These are the more aggressive versions of my massager. The Tenderizer allows for deep kneading of the foot, while the Punisher has a spiky surface that promotes blood flow. It can be quite intense and you may not want to put your full weight on that one! For a more gentle massage check out the Basic version.

Printing Guidelines

  • Designed for printing with TPU 95a filament, but you may be able to adjust settings to work well with others as well.
  • 4 walls/perimeters + 15% gyroid infill
  • 0.16-0.24mm layer height
  • ~6 top layers, 0 bottom layers.
