My wife and me both have Kawasaki Versys and when we bought her 2nd hand KQR side and top luggage they were missing the lock cylinder and the plastic part that holds the lock to the luggage, so i measured the one that is in my motorcycle luggage and re created it out of asa/abs so it would not fade from the sun, it works great might have to be scaled up a tiny bit depending on how your printer is calibrated. on the cylinder itself there is a little spring actuated part that you will need to depress to get the cylinder into this “lock cylinder stopper” as it is called, currently you cannot buy this part from anywhere and givi (the company that makes the luggage for Kawasaki does not sell it) my dealership told me if i wanted to replace it that i would need to order a new set of luggage. this will fit any kawasaki KQR style luggage side or top bag ( for the versys 300,650,1000 and ninja) i believe it will fit the Concours also but i am not 100% sure as i do not have one to try on

you might need to scale this due to printer calibration and filament used
