everything is pressfit, but you can use some superglue just to be safe.

prints withtout supports, but i'd recommend to print the two disks with support, since it ensures a better pressfit

Assembly:

Bottom press in the white ring insert the golden hub press the white main body onto the white ring (you can use some superglue between the bottom and the main body, but keep the spring clear) press on the top, note the direction of the cutout
