Inspired by RightiousNewb, the “push-fit bracket” connects to your Tiles (through Snaps) and holds Multigrid Bins or Base Plates. You could also hold another Tile on top.

To make the bracket extra secure, use Weight Bearing Directional Snaps (only on the top Snap), and "bolt-lock" the push-fit by screwing in a Small Thread T Bolt from the back (look at the 4th image), this way the push-fit won't slip out of the Snap.

This part comes with two versions:

  • Push-Fit Bracket: These wear out over time and might not fit properly if your printer is over extruding. They can also be "bolt-locked" as described above.
  • Bolt-Lock Bracket: These have "loose" push-fits that NEED to be bolt-locked. They work with every printer. However, they don't work with Multiboards that are flat against against a surface.

It has small thread holes on the side allowing you to connect another Tile using a small Panel To Tile, Multigrid T Click or 13 mm Small Thread, Shank Bolts.

The bracket’s push-fits also have small thread holes that can be attached to the Multiboard tiles.

Make sure your bracket is oriented correctly with the arrow pointing up (look at the last image).

This is a 6x6 Bracket, so the push-fits are 6 Multiholes apart.

Printing Guidelines:

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. The print has been designed to be “3 wall perimeters” in wall thickness. Printed at a layout height of 0.2 mm. It doesn't need printing supports. Use the default 15% infill. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.

This object is part of Multiboard, a FREE "all in one" organization system with 700+ parts, that combines pegboard holes, honeycomb snaps, Gridfinity like bins, threads, brakes, and much more.
