Chateristics:

Massive Size: The hybrid creature would likely be larger and more imposing than a standard infantry lord, reflecting the typical size of an Ork.

Toughened Hide: The Infantrylord's typically tough exoskeleton would likely be further reinforced, incorporating the Ork's resilience and durability.
Savage Features: The creature might exhibit a mix of G'stealer and Ork facial features, potentially including the G'stealer'ss psychic abilities alongside the savage, feral aspects of an Ork's appearance.
Symbiotic Intelligence: The hybrid might possess a cunning intellect derived from the Infantry lord's psychic prowess, combined with the primal cunning and instincts of an Ork.
Ferocious Combat Prowess: This creature would likely excel in close combat, combining the Infantry lord's lethal agility and predatory instincts with the raw, brutal fighting style of an Ork.
