A model ive been wanting to make for a while now as we have a bearded dragon in the house.
Based on my sons Bearded Dragon, she is called Thor... Who you can see in the last couple of photos along side model.
the head and the body print separately, the head does require supports. the body prints without supports.
in support settings set the top z distance to 0.3 if printing at 0.2 layer height.
Once printed the head connects with a ball and socket joint. its a fairly tight fit on purpose so you able to pose the head.
Be a little more careful if you decide to print with silk and ive always found its a little more weaker for joints.
