Here is Decorative box hinged, Modelled after the fancy box I made this box comes with an included hinge. No supports needed for the box, But supports needed for the lid. I wouldn't recommend sizing the box down anymore as the hinges will be come to brittle. Printed with a 0.4 nozzle at Speed 35ms, I recommend changing your layer height to 0.2mm this will help the over hangs in the hinge. For the supports on the lid I recommend using Cura 5.4 and above as these supports are now much easier to remove. Support over hang angle 50% and the supports I used are Gyroid at 15% support density. The Gyroid supports are more random across the hinge and will help to not stick to the small hinges, There's also a correct angle to insert the lid (see Photos), as there is a stopper which helps the lid from not falling out when in use. I recommend using a little bit of sand paper to clean the hinge around where the supports attached, also check the photo where I show how to clear the inside of the hinge with a small drill bit or dremel piece.
