Gridfinity 1x4 deburr tool horizatonal

There were no horizontal Gridfinity deburr tool holders that I could find, and my drawer doesn't have room for the vertical Gridfinity deburr tool holders that already exist.

This has holes for 14 blades, or 12 blades and the included "stop" which prevents the tool from sliding back and forth (see attached pic).

This also means that the holder should be able to contain any size deburr tool, even if the diameter isn't 19mm.
