This is a 275mm organizer for the IKEA Kallax drawers that can be printed on a 200mm bed.

It snaps together without fasteners or adhesives and can be configured to slide on the drawer sides or sit down inside the drawer.

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required. No print support is required.

Print Settings

For the best results, I suggest the following: Material = I recommend PETG but any material should work.
Nozzle = 0.4mm Layer height = 0.2mm Line width = 0.4mm Wall count = 4 (1.6mm) Top and Bottom Layer Count = 5 Detect Thin Walls = ON Wall Generator = Arachne Infill = 40% (Cubic) Print orientation = As per the STL/3MF files.

20250331: I have added a magnetic connector which can be used to "soft" join the trays in the drawer. This is especially useful for pulling the trays forward when it is difficult to reach into the drawer.

20240825:

1. I have added a snap-in floor for the organizer. This 1mm thick floor covers over the hex grid so that you can use the organizer for smaller objects.
2. I have also added the STL for a full-size box, which you can print as a single piece if you have a larger printer.
