This is a 275mm organizer for the IKEA Kallax drawers that can be printed on a 200mm bed.

It snaps together without fasteners or adhesives and can be configured to slide on the drawer sides or sit down inside the drawer.

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required. No print support is required.

Print Settings:

Material = I recommend PETG but any material should work.
Nozzle = 0.4mm Layer height = 0.2mm Line width = 0.4mm Wall count = 4 (1.6mm) Infill = 40%

20240825 Update:

I have added a snap-in floor for the organizer. This 1mm thick floor covers over the hex grid so that you can use the organizer for smaller objects.
I have also added the STL for a full-size box which you can print as a single piece if you have a larger printer.

Commercial Licensing is available through my logicalplanet Memberships here on Thangs. I will customize and provide commercial support to members on request.
