Exhaust Header for Bambu Lab H2 Series Printers

H2 Series Exhaust Header Bambu Lab H2D — LPE25 Quick Connect Exhaust System

The Bambu Lab H2D is a serious machine, and it deserves a proper exhaust solution. This header mounts directly to the H2D's exhaust fan port using the existing screws — no drilling, no modifications — and connects it to the full LPE25 Quick Connect Exhaust System. From there you can route exhaust wherever you need it, add a Variable Flow Valve to control airflow, or snap on a Quick Release Head for easy hose disconnect.

Like all of my exhaust components, this is free. My contribution to the 3D printing community.


Parts

  • H2 Series Exhaust Header Body (printed)
  • LPE25-E11 — End Ring x1 (from the main exhaust listing — see link below)

Hardware Required

  • M3 screws — uses existing exhaust fan port screws on the H2D

Assembly Notes

The header mounts to the H2D's existing exhaust fan port screws on the side of the machine. Once mounted, glue the LPE25-E11 End Ring onto the top port to connect to your exhaust hose, Quick Release Head, or Variable Flow Valve.

A built-in print support is included inside the header body — remove it after printing before installation.


Hose Connection Options

Option 1 — Direct Connection Glue LPE25-E11 End Ring to the port. Connect your 2.5" exhaust hose directly.

Option 2 — With Quick Release Head Add LPE25-H00 Quick Release Head for tool-free hose snap connect and disconnect.

Option 3 — With Variable Flow Valve Add the LPE25 Variable Flow Valve to control or fully block airflow when not needed.


Print Settings

  • Recommended material: PETG or PLA
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Line width: 0.4mm
  • Wall count: 4 (1.6mm)
  • Infill: 40% Cubic
  • Support: No — built-in print support included in the model, remove after printing
  • Brim: No
