Usage

Simple

Download one of the pre-made STLs. They are 3.2mm (~ 1/8" thick). Print multiples and stack them as needed, or scale on the Z-axis with your slicer (every 100% scaling on the Z-axis will add 3.2mm (~1/8') to the thickness of the spacer.

Advanced (Parametric)

Open the model in OpenSCAD and adjust the following parameters as needed:

numberOfGangs specifies the number of slots in the electrical box (should select ≥ 1 to as many as your printer and/or wall box support!)

spacerThickness specifies the thickness of the spacer in millimeters

For example, the parameters below will build a 15mm thick spacer for a 3-gang electrical device box:

numberOfGangs = 3;

spacerThickness = 15;
