I'm Simona, mechanical engineer who swapped gears for vases and planters. I design 3D models of house decor items - cute but useful (at least I try). Engineering may have been my first love, but designing stylish home pieces is my true passion. Welcome

CTVEREC is the 3D printable self-watering planter. You can use it like a regular planter, where the extra water drips into the hidden reservoir and is later absorbed through the cotton ropes when it’s needed💧 the reservoir comes in handy especially when you need some extra days without watering - for example when you travel ✈️

First variant of the planter: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/kapka-self-watering-planter-simonauhrova

Use any 100% cotton rope up to 6 mm diameter. Hint: to change the rope, just make a knot and attach it to the end of the old one and pull through.

If you struggle with leaking, I recommend using PETG to print or coating the inside of the planter with epoxy resin.

Print with no supports on at least 3 wall lines.
