Turn direction manual for table screws

"Left", "right" turn, that's usually looking at the screw from the opposite side as the thread. So from under the table? Then looking at horizontal rotary things, that's usually about the part away from you. So under the table. "Clockwise/counterclockwise" does the same. Then tightening the screw lowers the table and loosens the gap between the nozzle and the filament. Lefty Loosy squashes the filament tight.
