Nylon Carbon Fiber Footplates for the Ninebot One Series of EUC. Footplates were printed on a Qidi X-Plus with a 0.6 nozzle, borosilicate glass bed (6layers of glue stick). Layer Height was 0.3mm, Wall count 5, Top Layers 8, Bottom Layers 6, Infill 50% triangle pattern, Print speed 20mm/s, walls_bottom_top 10mm/s, 250C nozzle, 100C bed, 40C chamber, zero part cooling, 10% line support. Each Footplate took 35 hours to print. Footplate fixing hole should be hand reamed to 8mm. The small holes are for 5mm S/S 12mm long hex studs. The footplate holes need to be tapped for these (only tapped a short distance for a tight fit), There is a gap 20mm in dia for a neodymium magnet to retain the plates against the side of the EUC.
