RepRap Prusa Mendel X Carriage for E3D V6 with Pitan extruder

I wanted to use an E3D V6 with a direct extruder on my Prusa Mendel. But couldn't find matching extruder and x-carriage. The Pitan extruder looked like a good option but still no matching x-carriage. The distance between the bearing holder on dvjcodec's x-carriage is just the 30mm needed for the hothend fan and its duct, so I just cut a hole in it with Tinkercad, made a mount for the Pitan and voila.

Note: There is no room to secure both bearing on the fan side with zip tie. But it seems the weight of the full carriage with zip ties on three bearings it enough to keep the fourth one in place.
