The Bagman is a legend, passed amongst adventurers. There was an adventurer who, seeing certain peril, abandoned his party and dove inside of a Bag of Holding. When attempting to leave, he got lost in the multi-dimensional chambers within. As he traveled, his body slowly, painfully shifted; he became ragged and skinny, his limbs increasing in size until he was ten or twenty feet tall.

And now that he is attuned to the magical forces that touch all Bags of Holding… He comes out of one, at random. Every single night. If it’s someone else’s, he steals someone away, leaving a small piece of junk from his travels. That person never returns. If you want him to target you, he will come for you if you speak too loudly near an open bag of holding… Or if you whisper “Follow My Voice” into a magical storage space three times.

I scoured the internet and I was not able to find a bagman miniature, at least not one that felt like it played homage to how it was photographed in the book. so i wanted to create my own..but I am not the greatest artist...

Recognition Giving credit where credit is due What I have attached here is a collection of things all blended and posed in Blender.

All the sources I used to create this beautiful beast: the statblock is explained to take a "troll" and modify it, so i said why not and used MZ4250s Rot Troll https://www.shapeways.com/product/HXBQ4RNAT/rot-troll

it needed to come out of a bag of holding so i pictured a Djinn so back to MZ4250 for his Djinni https://www.shapeways.com/product/B8EEC3PBU/djinni

now I needed a bag of holding...I always picture a bag of holding something less conspicuous, non descript...then I found eleodes loot bag https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4390086

Almost there now all I need to do is tie it all together on a base, since I intend to use this in a horror campaign..."SKULLS" so I found a simple print I can edit onto from MeneerMark https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3703162

put it all together with some creative editing and boom never trust a bag of holding again.

Big shout out to all the creators and please share this free for all.

Oh and Note: the setting I used for printing was the cura profile from Tomb of 3D Printed Horrors YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0Mh_R_gzwA
