This a mirror of the original build due to the PI 4's USB and Ethernet connectors are reversed. I also added two holes to accommodate a power on led and an activity led.

For activity led add the following to the boot/config.txt file:
dtoverlay=pi3-act-led,gpio=21
and then connect the led with 320 ohm resistor to pins 39 and 40.
