This is a large pumpkin treat bowl for Halloween. The design is about 240mm across and 160mm high. At that size, it will hold about 150 small candy bars. But you can scale it up or down depending on your printer size and your needs.
The bowl has a smooth inside surface which hides a fairly thick wall structure so I suggest printing with 2 lines width walls and about 15% infill is a nice strength-to-weight ratio.
Printing
This pumpkin bowl does not require much functional strength therefore your default slicer settings should work well. I do not recommend using vase mode as that will be too weak.
It was designed for a 0.4mm nozzle, a 0.2mm layer height and the following settings:
Wall Line Count (minimum) = 2 ( 2 x 0.4mm = 0.8mm walls ) Top & Bottom Layer Count (minimum) = 3 ( 3 x 0.2mm = 0.6mm top & bottom ) Infill = 15%, Cubic Ironing = No Support = None required Brim = NO MATERIAL: PLA
