My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

Octagon party favor box - 3 sizes

This is the place to find 3 super cute sizes of octagon party favor boxes! They all fit inside of each other, or stack on top of each other. Printed at .24mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle, there is a pause at layer 2 to add your fabric and magnets/tape to your build plate. I personally love tri color silk PLA filaments on the PFLAT sheets. https://kaizen3dprints.com/collections/p-flat-plates

I generally print around 35-50mm/s to ensure proper adhesion between the fabric layers. I like using a fine or superfine powermesh fabric as noted in the attached fabric printing guide. Trim off the excess fabric. Flip it upside down, place whatever treat you'd like to gift and start turning the petals counterclockwise until it closes.

Change the bottom layer pattern to octagram spiral or archimedean chords for a different effect! Enjoy!
