These are blade connectors for a Hamilton Beach Electric Knife, model 74250R. I melted the original cutting foam with the knife and these are replacements. I resin printed them but they were too brittle to still cut foam, but maybe you will have better luck FDM printing them or with a more flexible resin, think the originals are nylon.
