These are replacement drawers for vintage Wards PowrKraft small parts organizers, in single and double width plus double height. Plus, built-in Gridfinity bases!

This is a faithful reproduction of the actual acrylic drawers in my possession, as close as I could measure. This means that the exterior and interior sizes are correct, so the drawers fit in the organizer, the existing dividers fit in any direction equivalent to stock drawers.

The Gridfinity versions have a 1x3 or 3x3 Gridfinity base built into the drawer!

If you need to adjust anything for other models with different dimensions, the OpenSCAD file is included.

The pull handle on the front requires supports - the  .3mf file included has support enforcers included.

This box is designed to hold one or two power switches for additional accessories adjacent to the Prusa Enclosure V2's mounting position for the black PSU that ships with the most recent i3 MK3S. In my case, I have added a separate switch to control the LEDs inside the enclosure, while powering them directly from the printer's PSU.

It could be mounted anywhere, not just the default PSU location - it attaches to the wood of the Lack table, not the PSU directly. Use the same size of wood screws you used elsewhere in the enclosure build.

If you only need one switch - print a blanking plate! It press-fits into the front panel from the rear, and can be just as easily removed for future expansion.

Bottom panel slides in from the rear, and should snap in lightly to the front panel. Look for the indentations in the sides of the bottom panel when installing - only the rear edge is flat.

Take care when pressing in new panel-mount switches. Even PETG will break under sheer stress.

Printing:

Full print with one blanking plate was about 24.5g in weight.

Disappointed that your GDP186 desktop dry erase pad only came with a single drawer, when it very obviously could fit two? Print another one!

**Printing**

Printed with supports on build plate (for the handle overhangs) in Inland PLA. I used 3 walls and 10% infill at 0.2mm. It would be fine with standard 0.2mm or 0.3mm layer height settings.
Drawer

GDP186_drawer.stl is a faithful rebuild of the original drawer shape, minus the internal dividers. If you just need another drawer, this is the one for you.

**Gridfinity Drawer**

I recommend the GDP186_drawer_gridfinity_centered.stl file!

The back grid sets fit up to 3U tall Gridfinity boxes. 4U might fit - but will be tight at the front. This is best used for boxes that store their items entirely internally - items that stick up will prevent the drawer from hiding under the surface. The front grid slots are pretty short - 1U at the front.

There is an option to not center the grid, which leaves some open space on the right. If you have a specific use for that space, go for it.

**Customization - OpenSCAD**

Parameters for all dimensions are available in the GDP186_drawer.scad file. You'll need two libraries to get this to build:
