A holder stand for small screwdrivers, hex keys, tweezers, etc. (max diameter ~12mm) with rotating top to allow users to switch between tools more conveniently. The stand also have a small container that can be used to store spare screwdriver bits, screws & nuts, and other misc. small items.

This example project was printed using eSUN ABS+ Black & Peak Green , our favorite matte-colored ABS filament that resist many chemicals (yes, including acetone) and higher heat resistance, but need to be printed at higher temperature for good layer adhesion.

Parts:

  • FDM print all models once using hard plastic like PLA, PETG, ABS without support. Since the part Container Top & Container Bottom have threaded surface, it is recommended to print with 0.2mm layer height or lower.
  • 1 x 608ZZ bearing, we recommend to avoid the rubber/plastic seal version to avoid unnecessary friction that may dampen the bearing movement
  • 1 x M8x20mm screw
  • 1 x M8 nut
  • (Optional) 1 x Anti slip sticker like 3M EVA/PE foam or 3M 9080. We use 3M EVA foam that was cut in circle shape with 70mm diameter.

Assembly:

  • Insert M8 nut to underneath Main Bottom's
  • Insert 608ZZ bearing from the Main Top's bottom
  • Attach Main Bottom to Main Top and use the M8 screw
  • Screw down the Container Top to Container Bottom
  • If you have an anti slip sticker/foam, stick it underneath the Main's Bottom so that the holder stand won't be easily pushed around
