Starry Night with BB8 (Paid) - HueForge Print

Here's a cute lil mash up of Van Gogh's starry night and Star Wars for fans of the genre 🙂

This print had 6 colours, but I think you can possibly get away with 4 if you only have 1 AMS, and don't want to swap spools out. I probably would suggest getting rid of the black layer (just start with the blue) and possibly getting rid of the orange. Of course, colour choices are always up to you though! Your imagination is the limit!

The 3MF file will have the 6 colours already loaded into the file, so if you do want to use less than 6 colours you will have to adjust it accordingly. If you're using the STL, follow the print instructions below:

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.2mm

Filaments Used:

• PLA Kingroon Black Transmission Distance: 0.4
• PLA+ Overture Dark Blue Transmission Distance: 5
• PLA META Sunlu Teal Transmission Distance: 5.4
• PLA CC3D Lemon Yellow Transmission Distance: 8
• PLA CC3D Orange Transmission Distance: 7.4
• PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White Transmission Distance: 5

Swap Instructions:

• Start with Black
• At layer #10 (0.56mm) swap to Dark Blue
• At layer #15 (0.76mm) swap to Teal
• At layer #24 (1.12mm) swap to Lemon Yellow
• At layer #32 (1.44mm) swap to Orange
• At layer #37 (1.64mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
