Also keep in mind that you need a printer with a huge printsurface as this case was not designed to be split in half.
As I'm not sure when I will have time to work on a multipart or new version I uploaded the step file if someone wants to modify it.

++Complete new case for the electronics on my Sunlu S8++
It fits nicely under the printer and attaches to the metal extrusions with some screws.
You also have to remove the old front case and print new foots for the front. Then the old rubber feet can be screwed in.
The clamp is to hold the end of the power supply when erverything else is mounted.

It has space for:
Raspberry Pi 4B
SKR mini e3 v2 as Mainboard
120mm Fan
Stock Power supply


===What is left to do/still missing===
-there is no lid to close it as I am still trying to find a good shape with some cardboard
-I have to research how to improove the airflow since the power supply get really hot/noisy
-improove the cable cutouts and add some for a LCD- cable and Raspi-Cam cable
-improove the cutout for the 110/230V Plug
-improove the positioning of the Holes to mount the case to the printer-frame

This is a dooking station for (first generation) Jooki - The Kid's Music & Story Player for a Screen-free Childhood. 

With this docking station, kids can easily charge their player on their own. Just drop the player into the station and it starts to charge.
The docking station may be powered by a USB Type B cable, but a wallplug with 5.5V output is recommended. A PCB is used to connect the power supply to the Jooki.  The PCB and the required components can be ordered at https://aisler.net/ferdisdot/jooki/jooki-charger.

The docking station is completely printed from TPU and so provides the required ruggedness for robust usage by small kids.

Currently it seems not possible to share the BOM on aisler so here is a list of the components you need to build the PCB. You may add these Parts to your aisler order.

Jooki Dock

Replacement for the Stainless Steel back shell of an Ipod Classic from 5th to 7th gen.
It's probably as big as the special one you can get from some Ipods.
It's also the max-size to still fit in all official docks.

I created this because I had some Ipods and phone batteries laying arround that I wanted to combine without buying extra shells. It also gives some space, maybe for a bluetooth module (?)

Screw holes should be fine for the originals to fit, but keep in mind that the originals were designed for metal, not plastics. There is no thread in the holes as they are to tiny.

There is no need to print it on super fine, basic 0.2mm should do it, but without garantee.

Actually the side-clips are also working great with other ipod generations down to 3rd.


Ipod replacement shell

I really wanted a headset holder but without hanging them up on the foam-part.
So I made one that holds it on the plastic borders without squishing or rubbing against the foam.

This is kinda made quick&dirty so work is still in progress.
It's just held by double-sided tape for now.
I also want to make this easy scalable for headsets with a larger top-part than my Sennheiser 600.
