Beach House Dice Tower - Clean Base

WindhamGraves made an awesome dice tower, but I wanted to customize it to be not a gas station.

I edited the bottom floor of the Beach House Dice tower to not have the barrels and other stuff around it. The NoStuff file is the scatter terrain removed and left as is otherwise. I then made a version where the stairs have more support which is the NoStuffStairSupported file.

The stairs may need some walls or fencing added to keep the dice going down them as intended. These will work with the rest of the original files as I kept all original scaling and placement.
