this is a slightly modified fan shroud from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4031637 that has been modified to not need support material.

used with my CR-10 Hemera extruder mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4548897

mounts with 2 screws onto the Hemera stepper motor.
