I was fond of the original design(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2935204), but it didn't address the noise issue. That's why I designed a new motherboard fan guard/silencer that significantly reduces the noise level, while bearly affecting the cooling for the motherboard. The difference in sound is clearly audible.
