  • The VOID Ergo S is a 3d printed, handwired, split keyboard running QMK Firmware on Pro Micro controllers.

  • 24 AWG (0.2 mm2) wire
  • 2 x Pro Micro (aliexpress link)

  • 2 x PJ320A 3.5mm female audio connectors (aliexpress link)

Printing the models
  • All models have been saved with the correct orientation; if for whatever reason they are not loaded correctly in your slicer, print them as it follows:

  • The bottom parts should have their bottom faces touching the build plate.

  • Supports are not necessary, but I'd recommend using them as the ports will print with less imperfections. The right case might throw an error when slicing with supports (at least it did for me) regarding empty layers; I used a support enforcer right over the port in PrusaSlicer to fix that.

  • The plates should be printed with the top part (smaller inner diameter for the switches) touching the build plate. No supports needed here.

  • No supports needed for the top parts either, print with the bottom touching the build plate.

STL mirror / QMK fork
  • The files are also hosted on Github, along with a QMK fork that contains a basic keymap. More info here
