#HalloWearable, #HalloWearables This top hat splits down the middle for secret storage
The Split files are printable on a normal sized printer, 200 mm bed. They are named by the orientation they will be in the final assembly. If you have a ~250+mm bed you can use the full size parts except for the Brim, its 320mm wide.
You will need to print out 1 full part or 4 quarters for each part (LowerBodySE+LowerBodySW+LowerBodyNW+LowerBodyNE). You'll need a brim, lower body, lower ring, upper ring, upper body and the 2 hinge parts. If you would like to not use the hinge, please print out 2X of the Upper and Lower Ring SW & SE then use 12 magnets instead.
From top to bottom the parts are Brim, LowerBody, LowerRing, Hinges(parts A and B), UpperRing, UpperBody
For the inside of the hinge I used 2 lengths of the same filament glued in.
These are the magnets I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KZQGWNN These will press fit in, glue is optional.
Print instructions: I printed everything with default settings on my Ender 3, however I used a 1 mm nozzle for speed purposes. Everything should print well with a .4 mm though. Supports are only needed for the Lower body part(s). Estimated time with 1.0 nozzle: 60-70 hours total, with .4mm... GLHF, at least 120 hours for a single printer.
