Modular Golf Ball Holder

  • Quick Print! Modular golf ball clip with a handful of features for mounting/hanging
  • Support-free, snap together design. Print as many as you want and snap together after printing.
  • "Keychain" loop built into the top for hanging from golf bag
  • Countersunk hole for mounting
  • Magnet holes on the back for magnetic mounting (6x3 mm magnets, up to 4 per clip)
  • 3 different versions: a start piece, middle piece, and end piece so you don't have clips on the ends.

Printing Info These are just the settings I used to test the model, which are MOSTLY just stock slicer settings in Bambu Studio. Feel free to use whatever settings work best for you. FDM or Resin: FDM - PETG or other heat resistant material ideal if using outdoors Scaling: Can be scaled up. Scaling down may cause issues with the threaded parts/snaps. Supports: None Infill/Perimeters: 10-15% infill + 2 wall loops Nozzle Size: 0.4 Layer Height: 0.2 Print Time: Approx 33 mins (Bambu X1C) Filament Usage: Approx 9 grams (Bambu X1C)

Printing Notes

  1. No Supports Needed. Print the clip in the orientation that it imports in.
  2. There are 3 different STL's. Start piece, middle piece, and end piece.
  3. Print as many as needed and snap together afterwards!
  4. If you plan on using or selling, I would highly recommend printing with PETG or another high-temp material.

Assembly

  1. Just print and snap together!
  2. The magnet holes are made to accommodate 6 x 3 mm magnets. Each clip can fit up to 4 magnets, use however many you need for the strength you want.
  3. The countersunk mounting hole was designed for a #10 Screw.
