In the pursuit of escaping the planet’s gravity, but still wanting to have a relative armour and carrying capacity, many versions of the CWR were devised. The S3 91b is a more light-weight model with lesser fire power and three quarters the space for goods and crew, but what it loses in offensive capability, it gains in speed, fuel capacity, and maneuverability. When dropping onto an alien world, it would be fighting-ready to do combat and deploy troops more quickly.
