Meet SMARC2 (Screwless Modular Remote Controlled Car)**, the awesome offspring of the SMARS Project! This design is all about keeping things simple and hassle-free. Picture this: the chassis is a single print model, including the steering system, and all other parts just snap into place effortlessly.

I’ve made SMARC2 with a focus on easy assembly and minimal fuss. By using components I already had and only buying the essentials, I’ve kept costs down. Sure, it might not have the highest performance compared to other models out there, but here’s the thing: it won’t break the bank or leave you with a list of parts longer than your arm.

In less time than it takes to make a cup of coffee, you can have SMARC2 up and running, ready to zip around your home with grin-inducing joy! Who needs complications when you can have fun and simplicity rolled into one awesome ride?

Tips:
  • For the best result, some parts should be soldered. If you don’t have a soldering iron, you can wrap the wire 6-8 times on the contacts and block it with shrink tubing.
  • The battery wires have a dedicated path inside the chassis, so don’t solder both ends of the battery contacts before mounting them. Otherwise, it will be difficult to route the cable optimally.
  • By bypassing the ESC and connecting directly to the JST connectors, you can make the car go forward without any electronic control, similar to a "Let's & Go" car.

Future Upgrades (If there's enough interest):
  • Aesthetic Upgrades:
    • Body kit
    • Tail and front bumpers
    • New rim designs
  • Functional Upgrades:
    • Custom motor with optimal gear ratio
    • Quick-swap battery holder
    • Rims compatible with "some Danish construction blocks" tires (for more grip)
    • Wi-Fi control

And more, according to your suggestions! All future upgrades will be included in this purchase. I’m applying a reverse model compared to the SMARS robot due to high copyright concerns.

Hope you like the design! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
