This system of mounting templates is designed for the Rack-It Pro 1000kg racking/shelving system from Bunnings Australia.

All of the tolerances and dimensions are based on the physical dimensions and sizes of the Rack-It Pro system, with tolerances set at 3% for FDM printing.

The universal back, single front and double front plate are sized so that they will fit either the upright posts or the accessory hook plate. The key and recess are specifically designed and spaced, so don't change them unless you find they don't fit because of printing tolerances.

The other plates are as described with the Friction Fit not requiring any additional hardware to mount (but weaker) and the Racking Only designed only to fit the uprights due to back and front plate dimensions.

The Universal front plates are sized to be suitable for the locations, and are the templates for you to build your custom tool holders with. I have not included any samples beyond photos as these .step files are a complete redesign from the ground up and I haven't tested them beyond ensuring size and dimensions are accurate.

All fastener sizes are M3, and the fastener heads are designed for either socket head button or socket head cap screws.

In OnShape only the head and captive nut recesses can be suppressed depending on which side you want them on.

In OnShape, all the variables are broken out into specific plate, general as well as fixed (can be edited) variables.

For trials I have been printing at 0.2 layer height with 10% infill. Higher infill would be desired for structural purposes. Somewhere around 30%.
