Required Parts: 2 M3x8 screws and 2 M3x5.7 thread inserts to hold the handle to the box. I used these specific threaded inserts: Ruthex M3x5.7 Threaded Inserts
The handle is faced upward due to the low profile of the box, it's easier to pull from the top than come in from beneath.
