A Waffle Iron and waffle for a pretend play kitchen- the waffle is included in the 3MF file.
You will need to use a segment of 1.75mm filament to act as a pin in the irons hinge. I added a touch of glue to the openings of the pin hole in order to keep the filament segment from falling out during play. For the feet I measured and scored where I wanted them and used CA glue to secure them. The two halves of the waffles are simply glued together.
This is a good opportunity to teach kids about safe kitchen habits early by modeling safe behavior and using oven mitts and tongs/spatulas while playing.
It can also be used for playdough/kinetic sand play to make cool textures imprints.
Filament colors used- Polymaker Polyterra Mint Green and Polylite Silk Silver the two waffles were printed in Polylite Army Beige and Polyterra Earth Brown.
Thanks to our friend Leonard for the design and all you do to make joy in the world.
Not for commercial use.
