Hey my Dudes,
Leonardo is finally out and ready for 3D print! We’ve split him into all his colors so you can achieve a multi-color print without needing an AMS unit.
We’ve taken it up a notch with this one. Leo’s weapons are now available as solid pieces, as before, but we’ve also included split pieces for more customization. Leo's katanas didn't fit easily on the printer, so you have some options. You can assemble each piece of the katana, wrap and all, and use different materials for each part. I'm personally fine with the previous nunchucks and sais, but if you guys want them split the same way, let me know!
I want to see your katana prints, both unassembled and completed. Share your progress in Discord or tag us on social media, and then upload your final pieces as makes! To upload a make, go to the model page and submit your make. If you guys want me to split up the other weapons like the nunchucks and sais, make sure to share your katanas! Your feedback will help me decide what to do next.
Uploading makes does a couple of things. First, we get points on the leaderboard for makes. ALSO, your dudes are showcased in the Maker’s Showcase, where you can win prizes too! If we all team up, share those makes, and promote our work, everyone has a much better chance at winning some rad prizes.
I did my part making these awesome models for you to create with, now it’s your turn to take it to the NEXT LEVEL! Grab some pizza, chill with friends, and make some FRICKEN COOL STUFF! And if you make a video, I better hear, "COWABUNGA!"
