I have 2 models here. I wanted to maintain the original Satsana simplicity, so I ensured neither of the edits will require supports. Both models were remixed from an Ender 3 single 5015 fan variant without any extra mounts for any ABL systems. I installed silicone bed springs and haven't leveled/adjusted the bed in months. After installing the larger block, I eyeballed it and hovered nozzle very slightly above bed. I then raised z end stop, till it barely clicked on x gantry and tightened it in place. got it perfect on the second try. Moved nozzle around bed to verify level was still perfect and first print came out perfect.

"V2" changes have lengthened ducts and a small cutout for easier wire routing with minimal kinking. Only con is the block will contact the right duct and will have to be cocked at an angle to avoid contact, which is how I set up mine and it functions perfectly fine.

"V3(Short Tip)" is the revision to reduce contact with block. The right hand duct is shortened a few mm. The rest of the model is exactly the same as "V2". I have this one installed, but decided I like the block rotated for easier cable routing. Because of this it was never actually tested with heat block parallel with gantry, so I cannot 100% confirm the revisions will clear the heat block.

I printed the part in PETG at .4mm layer height. No supports used. I did not use any bed adhesion (brim or raft) because PETG already adheres very strongly to my textured PEI sheet.
