An elegant and fun Modular Plant Support System, printed with minimum support and assembled with tenon and mortise.
The base kit Modular Plant Support System consist of a stake “A”, a starting piece "B", a middle piece "C", an end piece “D” and a heart shaped ornamental part "E". To lengthen the support Part "C" can be printed multiple time.
There are three width to choose from 100mm, 130mm, 160mm. The height for each width is 48mm, 60mm and 72mm
I highly recommended printing the two part test print to check your printing setting. the tolerance of the assembly is .125 mm. the first few time the joinery will be tight.
Parts are printed on the side and need a little support for the tenon, grid pattern worked best in my case. The file “Complete 100” is how I nested the whole 100mm model on my printer
The “Create your own part A and B” part are .step that can be use to create your own additional parts, new ornemental piece ,etc…
Later, I will provide an add-on pack with a new end part that remove the ornemental piece, several parts which connect the different width, and a new ornemental part.
